Loan size will range from $1MM to $10MM (average loan $2MM - $5MM). Geographic calling market will be! in Essex County. Maintain and develop network of referral sources for new business and cross-sell bank\'s products and services. Manage loan growth and may handle the relationships for the more complex/larger commercial loans. Work with the Group Manager or Market Manager and Credit Officers during the underwriting and approval process. Oversees the loan portfolio to ensure credit quality and appropriate controls are in place. Supervises and mentors subordinate Loan Officers and Analysts promoting teamwork within the organization, while serving as a financial counselor for their commercial clients.
Requirements: 7-10+ yrs. exp. in commercial lending a proven track record in business development, Formal Credit Trained, solid analytical skills. 4 yr. degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA a plus. Local contacts within market preferred.
