Description: Becket Family of Services is looking of Permanency Coach / Youth & Family Case Manager right now, this occupation will be placed in Massachusetts. The Becket Family of Services is currently looking for a bilingual, English/Spanish, Permanency Coach to provide case ! management services for youths and families in our program in the greater Lawrence area. The successful candidate will help establish lifelong connections provide clinical support for youths and their families and assist youths and families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths, and develop a support network to ensure they overcome their challenges and achieve success. This position coordinates treatment and discharge planning to achieve the goals of the permanency plan. The Permanency Coach will also have an integral role in interacting with the community through court and in community based meetings with service providers, typically, schools, DCF. Ideally, the Permanency Coach will work in the community and occasionally travel to other Becket locations, including Mount Prospect Academy, located in Plymouth NH. We are looking for a team player that will be excited to provide innovative and dynamic individual and family therapy for at risk and adjudicated youth involved! in both community and residential treatment
Job Requireme! nts
Must be bilingual, English/Spanish, with two years of experience working with families and youths.
Familiarity and knowledge of the Lawrence area communities desired. - Valid current driver's license with reliable insured transportation - Must pass a background check and other checks as required
Education Requirements
BA/BS Degree is social work, counselling, psychology, or related field.
