The Associate Designer reports to an Associate Creative Director. The Associate Designer works under the direction of an Associat! e Creative Director in the development and implementation of design and typographic projects for both print and broadcast. The Associate Designer must strive to achieve a high percentage of billable time each week.
Skills Required
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant design experience.
- Strong graphic design and typography background.
- Proficient with Macintosh programs used for layout, illustration and image manipulation, ie Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to be flexible about shifting priorities and to use resources creatively.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Experience with Adobe Flash, HTML 5, digital platforms preferred.
- MFA or BFA preferred.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant design experience.
