EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); five years in a related position; or equivalent combination of training and experience. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The shift for this position is 4am to 12pm, therefore duties will include facilitating a smooth transfer of information from shift to shift. Under minimal supervision performs a variety of routine and non-routine duti! es related to the inspection and packaging of a variety of ass! embled items and or injection molded components in accordance with specified requirements. Performs visual and dimension inspections in order to comply with quality standards. Packages and labels product according to documented work instructions. May assist supervisor or manager in the scheduling of work and provide direction and training to other staff members, serving as group leader on projects when required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (other duties may be assigned)

Removes parts/products from various automation systems and or injection molding machines and performs visual and dimensional inspection of items in order to ensure compliance with specified product requirements and quality standards.

Inspects parts/pr oducts for conformance to specification using various fixed and adjustable measuring instruments, charts and logs to perform calculations to assure product meets specified requirements.

Prepares and monitors! run sheets and control charts and captures in spection data and enters into tracking system, monitoring results to ensure product control.

Informs supervisor of any deviations and/or product specification problems.

Performs rework as required, and/or directed by supervisor or manager.

Stack, ass emble, pack, load and unload parts.

Performs Bar Code transactions using the Nypro Worldwide Bar Code System.

Lift and carry totes and boxes.

Pack finished product in boxes and label product according to either weight or count according to work instr uctions.

Ensure accuracy and inclusion of all necessary labeling.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Applies and supports lean manufacturing principles.

May be required to work from Quality Plans.

May review work instructions fro accurac y and uses them to train other employees.

Provides suggestions regarding continuous ! improvement activities relative to production processes and product qua! lity.

Leads, assigns and coordinates the daily work activities of lower level inspection personne l.

Prioritizes and organizes work assignments and delegates those assignments.

Maintains workflow, ensuring availability of proper materials.

Maintains employee time and activity records.

Observes employees in assigned work area ensuring all housekeeping, health and safety regulations are followed.

Trains new and less experienced inspector/packers in proper procedures. Writes and verifies work instructions.

Supports all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.

Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.

Manages the performance management and development process for all direct and indirect reports. Role may include management of colleagues in remote locations.

Largely internally focused interacting with PMs, RMs, TLs, CPMs, Division Executives, State Presidents, Credit Officers, GRG Officers, and Senior Management. Exercise sound credit judgment in the use of individual credit authority. Is viewed as a trusted advisor on credit and portfolio management issues/challenges to RM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and or Economics required. Master's degree preferred.

10 plus years of experience and ex! hibited competency in financial analysis and credit structuring, understanding and applying credit policy, credit monitoring and risk administration practices. Expected to have highly advanced level of credit experience, documentation experience in proposing and negotiating, credit and covenant structures and documenting loans. Must demonstrate superior practical and conceptual knowledge of credit risk analysis. Equivalent work experience may be considered as alternative to formal degree program completion.

10 plus years of commercial banking experience which may include business banking, middle market and/or specialty commercial banking, commercial banking administration, commercial client sales, commercial banking operations, commercial credit/risk oversight, and commercial loan documentation/funding/servicing.

Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills, able to multi task and function under pressure to meet deadlines, strong organizational sk! ills, customer service, developed influencing and negotiation skills, e! xperience in managing the day to day and annual performance and developmental activities for direct and in-direct reports from entry to expert level colleagues.

Requirements:

Execute tasks including application administration and monitoring.

Execute release testing on application changes delivered by the vendor related to security.

Analyze new system enhancements and determine their fit here at Partners HealthCare.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Understand customers’ needs and projects to be able to make meaningful suggestions for additional purchases to achieve company goals.

Complete all required training ! modules and have a clear understanding of all available tools and resources to enhance the selling experience.

Drives sales and profitability through Key Performance Indicators:

Sells the benefits associated with capturing email addresses in our customer registry.

Provide feedback to store management on customer requests, reaction to merchandise and store environment.

Executes consistent operational excellence:
Supports the organization of the cash/wrap area, back room and stock replenishment standards

Consistently execute quality inventory practices with receiving and restocking and communicating inventory discrepancies

Partner with Store Manager in execution of accurate and detailed in store yearly inventories as planned and communicated

Understand, model and support the Store Operations/HR policies and procedures and ensure consistent compliance

Requirements:
Demonstrated passio! n for Paper Source, our products, and providing extraordinary customer ! service.

Arts and crafts background preferred with minimum of 1 year in retail or service related industry.

Strong technical skills including experience with POS and similar cash register/computer systems

Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the holiday season business, which will require night and weekend shifts.

Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom. May include repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping and stairs and lifting of up to 30 pounds.

Ability to work with /around cleaning chemicals and various art supplies.
