Job Description: French Language Specialist - Entry Level Tech Sales (BOSTON)

You must be energetic and customer-focused, possess technical and business aptitude, and have a desire to be in sales.

You must also be fluent in English and French.

You m! ust be hungry to learn at rapid pace and continually build you! r skills.

You will provide a full customer service experience to our existing end users and trial users for our suite of products. You should have at least one year of customer service, technical support and/or sales experience or recent and relevant training. You must possess excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and follow-up skills and have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Responsibilities

Generate new and renewal sales by determining user requirements and recommending appropriate products and solutions
Respond to issues and questions from end users via phone and online channels
Effectively interact with users of all technical skill levels to assess severity level and define, research, and resolve issues and questions quickly and accurately
Provide timely update! s to users, colleagues, and management on the status of outstanding issues
Maintain status of issues in a call-tracking system and follow-up on escalated issues
Convey user feedback to appropriate business areas such as Marketing, Product Management and Development.
Educating users to improve product/feature usage and customer satisfaction

Skills/Requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
Fluent in English and French. It is a strong pluse to have competency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or German
Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written)
Previous sales and/or service experience in a fast-paced phone environment
Ability to work flexible hours (Monday through Friday)
Familiarity with sales and customer support CRM Applications such as Salesforce.com

The Manager of Interactive Marketing will collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to implement and administer marketing campaigns that generate and nurture new leads in support of the organization’s new business development goals. This position acts as a liaison with the Sales/Business Development organization to define programs that drive revenue, capture new leads, create engagement, drive prospects through the stages of the revenue cycle, and consistently communicate the Unidine brand message across all business-to-business (B2B) communications platforms.

Key duties of Manager of Interactive Marketing:

  • Understand business initiatives and collaborate with team to implement and administer marketing campaigns
  • Create impactful email, direct mail, social and digital marketing activity as they relate to the capture and retention ! of clients across all Unidine business divisions (Senior Livin! g Culinary Group, Corporate Culinary Group, Healthcare Culinary Group)
  • Support the development of annual business development marketing and communication strategy
  • Create email templates, landing pages, direct mail materials, web content and social media components appropriate to all campaigns
  • Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template to maximize delivery and response rates
  • Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects
  • Manage client and prospect database and segmentation
  • Ensure all interactive /B2B marketing activity has defined and agreed upon goals and that performance metrics are in place. Track and analyze results to measure success and incorporate learnings into future campaigns
  • Manage and optimize flow of data between marketing automation platform and CRM platform
  • Manage internal communication of pending campaigns to all stakeholders
  • Manage pro! gression of leads through Unidine’s revenue cycle model
  • Provide content and design direction for development of new sales tools, proposals and collateral support materials
  • Support, attend and participate in key account sales presentations and trade conferences
  • Coordinate and support client and trade public relations and content development activities
  • Oversee vendor relationships
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends in deliverability, engagement, conversion, measurement, tracking and ROI to optimize campaign strategy
  • Ensure that the Unidine Way values and unique brand positioning are consistently maintained across all interactive marketing activities and B2B touch points
Key Attributes of Manager of Interactive Marketing: Demonstrated use of creative thinking as it relates to the effective marketing of a company inclusive of its products and services Proven ability to design, develop and implement inte! ractive tactics (direct mail, social media, email, digital) A strong re! lationship builder, able to influence across all levels, with competing priorities and stakeholders Extremely detail oriented, deadline driven, and able to manage multiple assignments at any given time; comfortable shuffling priorities with short notice Demonstrated project management skills Motivated and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; has a ‘can do’ attitude Results-driven Critical Thinker â€" can think a problem all the way through; conceptual Assertive and willing to push back when and where appropriate An excellent communicator, strong written communication/copywriting skills An enthusiastic, well humored, team player

Qualifications: BS/BA degree, MBA a plus. 5-7 years of marketing experience with emphasis on interactive marketing, ideally healthcare and/or contract food service industry exposure.

PC Skills:
Position requires working knowledge of the following applications: MS Office (e.g., MS Word, Excel, E-mail, data ! base management), CRM, Social Media and Marketing Automation Platforms. Specific knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite & Marketo a plus.
