Exercise care in performing regular duties to eliminate errors and prevent delay. Maintain work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with established company safety procedures.

Qualifications

Experience:
1-3 years experience in related area

Special Skills:
Strong computer and oral/written communication skills are a must.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and demonstrate the initiative.

Working knowledge of online sys! tems: ACE and Oracle AR and Microsoft Office are preferred.

This is not your average Call Center position.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all claims are verified before the medication is shipped by contacting the insurance agency and obtaining any relevant information. The Verification Coordinator is also responsible that the information in the system is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:
Contacts insurance carriers to ensure that claims are verified accurately and on time

Oversees the quality of the claim before shipping

Researches missing data to! ensure all case/claim information is obtained

Act as! a liaison with internal staff and various parties to ensure that customers receive their prescriptions in a timely manner.

Utilize web based resources to verify insurance information and employer information

Contact employers and patients for missing insurance information

Utilize reports available in IWP database to obtain missing information

Identify appropriate times to contact referral sources and coordinate the contacts being made

Be versed in state specific rules and regulations as they apply to verifications

Be versed in both workers compensation claims as well as no fault claims to ensure the highest accuracy on claims

Work on special projects as assigned by verification supervisor

QA claim information distributed from Enrollment department

Investigate claim status in influence to litigation

Interact and communicate daily with other departments

Job Description

Responsibilities :
Program, startup and commissioning of complete building control systems as designed by FMC Technologies.

Work closely with our installation subcontractors and coordinate work with them to ensure projects are completed on time and per code, standards and contract requirements.

Assist in the loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required.

Assist in validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoot problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.

Perform a point to point checkout per standard procedures.
!
Perform software/hardware calibration required for proper equipment and system operation.

Complete project commissioning documentation.

Maintain on-going project as-built documentation.

Basic networking skills to connect HVAC (boiler/chiller) controls with PC & Web based management, including LAN and WAN knowledge

Run proprietary software tools to aid in the controls system design

Survey and analyze existing HVAC and control equipment to provide conversion plan for retrofit projects

Generate and conduct technical training on controls network to customers, engineers, and internal departments (sales, service, operations, and marketing).

Requirements:
3 years’ experience programming, and integrating HVAC controls for commercial, institutional, and industrial applications

Knowledge of building automation industry standards such as BACnet, LonMark

Experience or technical degree in ! HVAC control systems, or equivalent HVAC controls industry experience. !

Prepared to day-travel locally out of the home, in office 1-3 times a week.

Tridium experience required, Tridium Certification a plus.

Operate production level digital printer/copier equipment, producing high volume of work.

Operation of variety finishing equipment including cutters, drills and bindery.

Effectively prepare and troubleshoot various files formats and change to PDF print-ready status.

Production of work in accordance with the Production Center Workflow and Quality Assu rance Process.

Responsible for the insuring that all work produced is in accordance with the job ticket and customer’s quality expectations.

Responsible for the reproduction of multiple orders requiring the ability to multi-task between numerous produ ctions and finishing projects on a continuous basis as well as reprioritize as needed to ins! ure deadlines are met.

Run orders on time while maximizing the machines productivity.

Properly use and care for all equipment in compliance with operating instr uctions; use machine log/call list and escalation process to schedule machine and equipment maintenance. Complete daily click entry report.

Ensure facility is clean and organized, safety precautions are being followed.

Follow policies and procedures ( e.g., Copyright Procedures).

Give professional presentation by complying with dress code requirements.

Provide knowledge, direction and other input as needed to customers and the Copy Specialists.

Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries and/or a ccept and transfer correspondence to appropriate parties.

P&L Awareness

Review Production Center P&L with your manager on a period basis.

Utilize & maintain equipment in accordance with processes that maximize utilization and minimize! costs.

Execute on the Production Center Workflow and Quality ! Assurance Process to minimize waste.

Specialist responsible to recognize opportunities, create & implement productivity and quality process improvement plans.

Implement process improvement plans to reduce costs and increase productivity.

Training and Development

Utilize HR Express to track compliance with required trainings as indicated on the L&D Curriculum. Participate in all scheduled training (workshops and Vendor Training).

Identif y and report process improvement opportunities to supervisor or manager. Be actively engaged in the Quality Assurance process.

Facilitate trainings for production associates in area of specialization.

Software Tester

Location: Framingham Massachusetts

Description: Randstad is at the momment seeking for Software Tester right now, this vacancy will be placed in Massachusetts. Assist in development, design, and execution of tests.

Collaborate with development tea! m on app ant test architecture/requirements/design.

Help to maintain device library.

Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Domain knowledge in the area of mobile devices and apps.

Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging strategies for helping to dig out underlying issue.

Familarity with mobile development envieronment, willingness to continue building skills

Network and Systems Administrator

Location: Framingham Massachusetts

Description: Workbridge Associates is in need of Network and Systems Administrator right now, this occupation will be placed in Massachusetts. For detail informations about this occupation opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. A healthcare company located in Framingham is looking for a Network and Systems Administrator to join their four person infrastructure team. This N! etwork and Systems Administrator will perform such duties as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user access administration, file system tuning, hardware configuration, disk management, shell scripting, backup storage plan, Red Hat Linux, VMWare, and Windows operating systems.
Required Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience in Windows System Adminstration.
  • Linux System Adminstration with Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS a plus .
  • Strong virtualization experience with VMware.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange 2010, and IIS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot HP and Cisco network hardware.
