We are looking for a talented Developer/Analyst who will have an opportunity to work in either our Wilbraham, MA location or o! ur Natick, MA regional office. Position can also work from hom! e but must be accessible to attend regular meetings, etc.

This position is responsible for conducting diverse analysis and programming of systems and interfaces to ensure optimum business application systems efficiency and reliability
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform maintenance on computer programs of moderate to high complexity without specifications according to IT development standards.
- Design, develop, and coordinate implementation of computer programs of moderate to high complexity to IT development standards. Participate in design walkthroughs. Write program specifications of moderate to high complexity accordi! ng to IT development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems of moderate to high complexity.
- Participate in IT and cross-functional teams to identify problems and opportunities, to develop solutions and to continuously improve current processes.
- May manage small to moderate project plans. Manage all tasks where assigned as resource including estimating, projecting start and end dates and closing tasks when completed.
