Contract Optimization Advisor Senior
This position is located in the Andover, MA office
The Contract Optimization Advisor Senior serves as a team lead responsible for facilitating provider innovation for assigned provider contracts by influencing providers to change office practices resulting in cost of care savings and improved health outcomes for patients. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Serves as the main point of contact for providers. Obtains and analyzes quality metrics, creates reports, and identifies action plans. Works directly with providers to avail themselves of ! the tools and resources available. Consults with providers to ! improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their practices. Collaborates with provider contractors and network relations reps to meet provider service needs. Persuades providers to act on patient outreach opportunities. Supports and interacts with PC2 program leaders and Provider Relations team members to further our provider relationships.
Job Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS.
5 years health care experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Provider environment experience preferred.
Some travel required.
