Axis is looking for the right person to fill an opening in our Technical Services department as ! a Technical Services Engineer. The h ours for this position wi! ll be 9:30am to 6:00pm.
The Position: Provide complete and efficient pre and post technical support to Axis Technical Support Line for Resellers and End Users.
What Youâll Do Hereâ¦
Resolve Axis Communications Customerâs technical issues through competent and inclusive trouble shooting
Deem product(s) in question for a returned materials authorization if necessary
Manage the customer online help desk and respond accordingly
Take part in team training initiatives
Research independent management based objectives
Meet or exceed quarterly statistical goals
Consistently engage in training and educational initiatives
Perform other related duties when assigned

What Youâll Need â¦
Bachelorâs degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Solid computer understanding

Use of phone response tools and/or help desk applications
Knowledge of third party products
