• 1-2 years experience is required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving patients and visitors, determining their needs, and! directing them accordingly. Insuring complete and correct capture of all needed patient information. Performing all check-in and check-out duties in accordance with practice policies. Handle patient telephone calls, make all follow-up appointments & other appointments as needed. Make reminder calls prior to the day of service. Answer questions and give information to patients within practice guidelines. Give routine instructions in preparation for the parient's visit to the practice.
EDUCATION
Completion of a 2-year course in Medical Office Assistant or two (2) years' experience in a Occupational Health or medical practice setting is required.
