As an Account Executive, we'll provid! e you the tools and support you need to make this career move the professional change and success you thirst for. Join our fun and rapidly growing technology consulting group. We're looking to take aspiring sales people like yourself and help you achieve both your career and income goals.
What Will You Do?:
- Design your plan and strategies for your enterprise client base in a territory, consulting C-level contacts on their technical hiring needs.
- Maintain and foster your relationships with clients, whether that is checking in over the phone or taking them out for lunch.
- Manage your book of business in order to meet weekly goals, annual growth and annual targets.
- Grow your leadership and coaching skills by training, mentoring and providing support to junior Account Executives and Recruiters.
- 2+ Years experience in a professional sales role within one of the following ty! pes of organization:
! Staffing
Technology Products
Technology Services
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas on a consistent basis.
- Demonstrated success in a metric & goal oriented sales environment.
- Experience in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a "can do" attitude and intense desire to succeed.
- Ability to interact with decision makers on all levels.
- Sincere focus on quality.
