The Coordinator is responsible for support functions in production, execution and p! erformance measurement of key channels.
Production responsibilities include managing schedules, quality assurance activities, posting content and pulling customer lists.
The coordinator supports processing of invoices and budget forecasting.
This role gathers and prepares assets for content development within specific channels and works closely with planning and creative teams to ensure accurate and on-strategy creative content. For example, the coordinator is responsible for gather all creative assets for website homepage or facebook posts and ensures the content is accurate and posted on time. The specialist is responsible for weekly and period reporting tied to channel activities.
This role tracks customer feedback related to channel and responds to customer questions if necessary.
Job Requirements
Content /Program Development -Supports Channel manager in development of content for individual CSM channel projects.
Sources content from internal and external stakeholders,! collects all creative assets, works with creative teams to develop creative for individual projects.
Responsible for quality assurance to ensure creative is accurate and on strategy.
Channel Production Support

Helps to develops all production grids.
Responsible for pulling customer lists.
Conducts all quality assurance activities for specific channels.
Pulls lists and builds offers and version grids to support production work. Works with external partners to communicate production details and ensure production is completed on time.
Pull performance reports and process invoices-
Responsible for pulling weekly and period reports for CSM channel performance.
Work with agency and insights teams to prepare metrics, tracking and activity reports.
Distributes weekly reports to all internal key stakeholders.
Supports ad hoc reporting requests / presentations as needed

Channel Specific Customer Issue Support -
Partner with Consumer Affairs and Customer Insights to identify improvement areas based upon customer feedback.
Respond to customer issues as needed.
Main liaison with internal stakeholders to answer questions and resolve issues.
Process Invoices and support budget forecasting - The coordinator is responsible for processing all invoices entering them into accounting systems.
The role follows up with vendors to resolve any questions related to project costs and invoice processing.
Helps Manager to develop accurate weekly forecasts.
Ensures budget costs are logged accurately in the accounting systems.
Ad Hoc Projects - The coordinator will be asked to support ad hoc projects from manager and specialist as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies:
