SURVEYS LEAD ANALYST
We are looking for an addition to the Middle East and Africa Surveys Team, which is responsible for analyzing data and producing statistical reports for a number of remuneration surveys across MEA region. Members of the team are responsible for project management of their assigned surveys, ongoing communication with country consultants and other teams involved in the survey process as well as performing several analytical and peer review tasks - to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and quality assurance are achieved. In this role you will be w! orking independently on a number of projects and cooperate wit! h number of stakeholders â€" within the office and across the region - to make sure quality product is delivered to the clients.
Qualifications
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer literacy.
Highly collaborative work style, ability to work in a team-focused environment, yet must be able to work effectively independently.
Very strong analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking.
Experience in quantitative analysis/market research/processing large databases.
Comfortable with managing process oriented and recurrent tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly negotiate expectations with colleagues at different levels within the organization, based in different countries.
Very good command of English (both writing and speaking).
Other Desirable Skills/Experience
Higher level education in a quantitative field.
Excellent project and! time management skills.
Some project management experience in a multi-cultural environment.
Experience in working with and analyzing compensation data.
