Location: Concord Massachusetts

We have a toddler and two school age children and need help starting with the breakfast rush-out-the-door and then a day at home with our toddler.

This is a year round .85 Full Time Equivalent,

• $17-$18 per hour based on experience.
• Annual pay of $30,000 to $32,000 or weekly of $575 to $615.
• 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM; Monday-Friday for 36 full-time weeks.
• 7:15 AM to 12:15 PM; Monday-Friday for 10 part-time weeks.
• Paid Vacation and 10 holidays/personal days for 6 weeks.
• Covered by workers compensation insurance.

The full-time role is for 36 weeks during the school year and the part-time role for Thanksgiving week and 9 weeks from about the last week of June and ending the third week of August. Also there are 3 Holiday weeks off 1 week for Christmas/New Years, February vacation, April vacation.

We plan on keeping the wee! kly pay of $575-$615, constant year round and even though you ! are not working for 6 weeks (Inclusive of Holidays, Holiday weeks, personal days and vacation) and working part-time for 10 weeks of the year.

There are 5 observed holidays and are also eligible for up to 5 personal days per year. After 1 year, 5 days of vacation time are earned and continue to earn 2.5 days vacation per year of service. Pay is by direct deposit every 2 weeks.

Main responsibilities of this 3rd parent role include:
1) Child care: Daily toddler care with interactive activities, naps, if older children need to stay home, Sick childcare, help with homework, etc., preparing bottles, snacks and meals; washing bottles and cleaning up after snacks and meals; and occasionally running errands with a mileage reimbursement.

2) House Keeper; proper daily operation of a household, regularly washing food prep area and food accessories, lunch box prep, cooking/preparing breakfast for children and toddler, lunch for toddler, gett! ing components ready and/or cooking for dinner meal, cleaning and organizing toys, keeping children's bedroom, common areas and play areas neat and tidy; general household cleaning/organizing, laundry - cleaning, folding, ironing.
