Our client located in Norton is looking to hire a Full Time Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Inside Sales Representative will be responsible prospecting and establishing new account r! elationships with clients over the telephone and in person meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to become part of this successful team and contribute to their further growth.
This Inside Sales position is full time and pays $11-13/hour.
This Inside Sales position will also pay monthly commission.
Responsibilities for Inside Sales:
- Perform outreach to potential clients regarding programs via telephone
- Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
- Log and follow-up on leads
- Identify and develop marketing strategies for new leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients
- Prepare routine sales reports and provide to management
- Determine customer needs and communicate needs to operations
- Generate price quotations in a timely manner
Qualifications of Inside Sales:
- High school! diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales or telemarketing experience
- Strong prospecting and cold calling experience.
- Ability to make at minimum 100 calls per day.
- Must be able to communicate and follow-up with co-workers, customers and vendors
- Must be able to learn and retain vast amounts of product and pricing information
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented individuals who have the ability to be flexible while working in a fast paced and changing environment
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and client pursuit skills are essential to success in this role
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively qualify prospects based upon buying criteria
