Job Description:WAS OUTLINED IN PATIENT's Care Plan:

• Assist patients with daily living and personal needs which include but are not limited to: eating, drinking, bathing, mouthcare, shampooing hair, nail grooming, undressing, etc.
• Transport patients if required to and from beds,chairs/wheelchairs, bedpans, commode/toilet, etc.
• Assist patients with household tasks, meal preparation, making bed, changing linen, laundry, shopping, and maintain a clean and safe environment for patient.
• Accurately measure and record patient's temperature,pulse,respiration, and blood pressure when order! ed and/or directed by supervisor.
• Report any changes ! in patient's condition or incidents to management immediately.
• Maintain patient's records and information and update any files necessary as instructed by management.
• Must attend and provide proof of training program that meets federal/state and Loving Care Agency guidelines
• Must have current home health aide certification in good standing from the State
• Must have current CPR certification
• 1 year customer service in Home Health Care (preferred)
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, stand, kneel, stretch, walk and push for extended period of times.
