The Personal Insurance Analyst Rotational Program is a 12-24 month, analytically-focused program designed to develop the future talent of the Personal Insurance Distribution Insights and Marketing departments. Employees will go through an onboarding process which will provide a foundation of insurance basics and exposure to Distribution, Marketing and the broader company. In conjunction with onboarding, employees will also be responsible for a variety of critical business initiatives. During the program you will have the opportunity to complete a minimum of one rotation in our Distribution Insights department and one in our Marketing Strategy & Analytics department.
Each analyst will be partnered with your program manager on all projects but will be given responsibilities for projects of increasing complexity and impact and with a higher level of independent ownership as each analyst progresses. The program offers a well-developed career path and promotion! al track with full-time placement within our Marketing or Dist! ribution Insights teams as early as 12 months. This position is based in
Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
Absorb and apply information from onboarding process to rotational project work
Complete assessments of key operating results and other ongoing department initiatives
Evaluate strategic issues and develop insights from consumer, market and competitor trends
Apply advanced analytics to identify efficiency improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
Gain an understanding of high-level department goals and align proposed solutions with those goals
Present actionable recommendations and underlying reasoning to project manager and senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Additional requirements might apply.
0-2 years professional experience
Business, economics, mathematics or related major
Demonstrated advan! ced analytical and results-driven thinking
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with high levels of complexity
Demonstrated communication skills with ability to influence others
Experience with technical programs such as SAS and advanced Excel preferred
Must have permanent work authorization in the United States
