Write and update process documents and support documentation -templates, checklists, training presentations to support the ISR goal of obtaining Ach! ieving Competitive Excellence Silver (ACE is UTC's standard operating system) (30%); train stakeholders and practitioners in newly defined processes (10%); mentor and assist engineering project teams in process implementation (40%); attend weekly Engineering Process Group and Process Team meetings (5%); and manage the organization's Process Asset Library and Organizational Measurement Repository (5%).
4 year degree in an Engineering or Related Discipline
Project Management - Plus
Demonstrated achievement in process improvement in any relevant framework, e.g. CMMI, ACE, CI.
5+ years product development experience in any engineering discipline with some experience specifically targeted towards process improvement
Candidate must be a US Citizen and must either hold a current
US DoD clearance or must be able to obtain and maintain a clearance.
