Position Responsibilities:

General Collections responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Collection Calls- maintain days outstanding report and follow up on the collection process including making recommendations for placing accounts.
Negotiation of debt creating payment plans for debt recovery purposes.
Managing Collections Agency Vendor Relationship, placement of collections, and on-going communication regarding the debt recovery rate.
Process payments over the phone and answer general account questions, providing a high level of Customer Service with all customer's requests
Statement of Accounts
Account inquiries and analysis - answer all customer requests, part of a phone que system.
Assist in Maintaining Bad Debt Recovery
Additional duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts receivable and collections, strong emphasis in collections experi! ence.
Must have experience working with Excel and other MS Office applications.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of accounting
