Location: Westborough Massachusetts

The Payroll Reporting Specialist will work in a
collaborative team environment; reporting to Payroll
Applications Supervisor and will be! responsible for the
maintenance, support, analysis, development, and
enhancement of reporting for the Payroll Department. In
addition, he/she will contribute to processing of
Payroll in 15+ states approximately 25000 employees.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited

to:

• Oversee the running and distribution of all cycle

reports carried out by the Payroll Assistant/Lead,
weekly and monthly

• Train others on running reports as needed
• Run and distribute existing on-demand reporting
• Validate and check for errors before distributing

reports

• Troubleshoot issues reported by report end users by

identifying cause, impact, and resolution

• Maintain and develop reporting in: ADP Reporting,

ADP PayForce, and PeopleSoft Query

• Develop and assist in the creation of new reports,

as assigned, followi! ng the development cycle:
gathering and documenting de! tailed requirements;
building; testing; test plan and process
documentation; obtaining required approvals;
providing post-implementation support including ad
hoc requests and new ongoing reports

• Work directly with various departments and levels of

management to gather, interpret, define, and
document functional reporting requirements and
translate into technical reporting requirements

• Thoroughly test newly developed or modified reports,

including those created by the Payroll Applications
Supervisor, IT Department, or ADP

• Perform impact analyses of system and process

changes on existing reporting as required

• Assist with ADP Reporting application upgrades and

enhancements

Job Requirements:

• Two or more years of experience in Payroll, Human

Resources, or IT

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science! , or

related field

• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal

and communication skills and a strong attention to
detail

• Ability to translate high level functional

requirements into technical requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and

prioritize tasks.

• Strong PC skills; experienced in developing reports;

linking tables.

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to research problems, apply analytical

techniques, and follow through to resolution

• Experience with some of the following is preferred:

ADP Reporting, ADP PayForce PeopleSoft Query,
PeopleSoft HRMS or other HRMS/payroll systems

• Basic knowledge of SQL is helpful
