We are looking for the right candidate to join our Residential Services Team to assist with all activities related to apartment home rentals (move-ins and lease renewals) as it relates to prospective and current residents. Responsibilities:
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing high quality customer service to residents and prospective residents. Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment, and be tech-savvy with Microsoft Office sk! ills and familiar with cool devices and applications like i-Pa! ds, Facebook and the like. Undergraduate degree is preferred.
