Group Care Worker II
A DYS program for court involved adolescents is seeking a Group Care II. Ideal candidate will have leadership and behavior management sk! ills . Prior experience running shifts a plus. Must be a flexible team
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily coordination of direct-care staff and youth in executing the plan of the day.
Facilitate or assign lead of daily groups
Provide supervision of Group Care Worker I and other assigned staff.
Work with management team regarding program development.
Pay Rate: 13.64 per hour
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday with Friday and Saturday off
Shift hours are 7am-3pm
Requirements
BA/BS in related field and two years related experience with population. Staff must be at least 21 years of age with a valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
