You'll take a key HR leadership role in the Fine Chemicals division and work with several diverse business units, taking a strategic approach to creating synergistic initiatives and a tactical approach to day-to-day HR operations. You'll oversee a small HR Management team, build relationships throughout the organization, and collaborate with HR Managers, GMs and other leaders on the ground in North America, Europe, India and Asia. To be a strong fit for this role you will need:

• At least 8 to 10 years o! f experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years of management ex! perience including leading company-wide human resources practices and strategies in employee relations.
• Experience working in a large global or national, multi-site and diversified business.
• Strong knowledge in employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, talent management, and expatriate management.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Solid experience leading human resources change management initiatives.
