Job Description

We are looking for a results driven, dynamic Sales Representative to work in our Danvers, MA location. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting environment with opportunity for career growth readily available.

The position provides a highly competitive compensation plan which includes salary + commission and numerous group benefits.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and business development.
• ! Profitably grow sales to achieve annual sales and margin goals.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to create partnerships that promote collaboration in marketing, supply chain, operations, and sales.
• Execute strategies for gaining new business and increasing business with existing customers by presenting how MCS can add value to their business by becoming their primary supplier through increased sales, reduction of costs, and increased productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS and Experience:

• Excellent organization skills.
• 3+ year’s sales experience, preferable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• PC proficiency.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong industry and market knowledge.
• Experience with Estimating and Take-Offs.
• Ability to travel frequently
• College Degree in business, sales, or marketing, preferable
• Recent college grad! uates also encouraged to apply
