Immediate opportunity exists at our location in Revere , MA at our
luxury apartment community for a: PORTER/GROUNDSKEEPER ( F/T)
Well-organized, enthusiastic, proactive individual needed to:
prepare apartments for new residents, clean common areas, transport trash and waste to disposal area, and other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
a professional appearance, excellent verbal communication skills are essential as this position interacts with coworkers, residents and vendors Must be available for emergency/on call situations; some weekends required. Previous experience in residential r! eal estate &/or hospitality industries a plus. HS degree or GE! D required
