We are currently searching for qualified candidates to staff the newly-! created position of Manager of Interactive Marketing, to be based in our Boston headquarters.
The Manager of Interactive Marketing will collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to implement and administer marketing campaigns that generate and nurture new leads in support of the organizationâs new business development goals. This position acts as a liaison with the Sales/Business Development organization to define programs that drive revenue, capture new leads, create engagement, drive prospects through the stages of the revenue cycle, and consistently communicate the Unidine brand message across all business-to-business (B2B) communications platforms.
Key duties of Manager of Interactive Marketing:
- Understand business initiatives and collaborate with team to implement and administer marketing campaigns
- Create impactful email, direct mail, social and digital marketing activity as they relate to the capture and retention ! of clients across all Unidine business divisions (Senior Livin! g Culinary Group, Corporate Culinary Group, Healthcare Culinary Group)
- Support the development of annual business development marketing and communication strategy
- Create email templates, landing pages, direct mail materials, web content and social media components appropriate to all campaigns
- Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template to maximize delivery and response rates
- Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects
- Manage client and prospect database and segmentation
- Ensure all interactive /B2B marketing activity has defined and agreed upon goals and that performance metrics are in place. Track and analyze results to measure success and incorporate learnings into future campaigns
- Manage and optimize flow of data between marketing automation platform and CRM platform
- Manage internal communication of pending campaigns to all stakeholders
- Manage pro! gression of leads through Unidineâs revenue cycle model
- Provide content and design direction for development of new sales tools, proposals and collateral support materials
- Support, attend and participate in key account sales presentations and trade conferences
- Coordinate and support client and trade public relations and content development activities
- Oversee vendor relationships
- Maintain current knowledge of trends in deliverability, engagement, conversion, measurement, tracking and ROI to optimize campaign strategy
- Ensure that the Unidine Way values and unique brand positioning are consistently maintained across all interactive marketing activities and B2B touch points
Qualifications: BS/BA degree, MBA a plus. 5-7 years of marketing experience with emphasis on interactive marketing, ideally healthcare and/or contract food service industry exposure.
PC Skills:
Position requires working knowledge of the following applications: MS Office (e.g., MS Word, Excel, E-mail, data ! base management), CRM, Social Media and Marketing Automation Platforms. Specific knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite & Marketo a plus.
